Welcome to my page exploring some of the history in the area constituting the North Cascades National Park Complex. Arguably, the National Park and connected National Recreation areas constitute some of the most incredible scenery in the United States.
The National Park was signed into law by President Lyndon B. Johnson in 1968. For a brief history and timeline leading up to this momentous event, click the button below.
